[RMT] Everybody Hates Darkrai--- Chris

Post by Enchidio on Mon Aug 22, 2016 9:44 pm

today i look at my dark team and think
"yveltal is banned"
so i make two teams, one with m-sab and one with darkrai
the darkrai one succeeds and i have no idea how to do stall/defensive so m-sab does nothing for me
i decide to make myself a challenge, i call it "dont use good legends/megas"
so i used mega absol
this can also be used as a knight team, but then again m-sharpedo, m-houndoom, m-tyranitar, literally everything
ok guys let's just do this

Freya (Weavile) (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Ice Shard
- Knock Off
- Icicle Crash
- Low Kick

My cleaner. Ice Shard is priority, Knock Off is self-explanatory, Icicle Crash is a secondary STAB once Knock Off knocks off the opponent's item and deals with Rough Skin mons, while Low Kick is coverage against steel types and p much anything that resists the combination.

Kyoto (Absol-Mega) (M) @ Absolite
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Knock Off
- Sucker Punch
- Play Rough
- Fire Blast

Mixed Absol is my god. Superpower lowers my offensive stats, and I cry when that happens, so I use mixed instead. Knock Off is my STAB, and Sucker Punch is priority. Play Rough is coverage against fighting types, and Fire Blast roasts steel types and does good damage against types that the three other moves are neutral on. Hasty is used over Adamant/Jolly because of Fire Blast and over Naive because scarf Porygon-Z is mean to me Sad(

Drade (Scrafty) (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Shed Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Poison Jab
- Drain Punch
- Knock Off

Following the bad Pokemon trend. Dragon Dance is setup, Poison Jab is fairy coverage, Drain Punch is used when I need HP and for, and Knock Off, well, knocks off the opponent's item and works as a secondary STAB. I chose an offensive spread over defensive because, well, I dunno. I'm seriously considering using Bulk Up and a more specially defensive spread.

Balls of Steel (Crawdaunt) (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Crabhammer
- Knock Off
- Aqua Jet
- Swords Dance

I call this "Swords Dance then Aqua Jet". Basically Swords Dance (or priority/another attack when seriously needed), and then use any attack needed. If you're not attacked, you get one free strong attack, and otherwise, just use Aqua Jet as much as needed.

Defiance (Bisharp) (M) @ Lum Berry
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Knock Off
- Sucker Punch
- Swords Dance
- Iron Head

I really wanted to use Tyranitar, but with a sash mon on the team, Sand Stream would interfere, and no I'm not using Unnerve. So I decided to use "I have many item choices", or Bisharp. Knock Off and Iron Head all have their effects (also I once flinched two times in a row with Iron Head in two battles so I hope the streak isnt gone), and Sucker Punch is for priority. Swords Dance boosts attack when I find an opportunity to.

Cerebrus (Hydreigon) (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Dark Pulse
- Draco Meteor
- Flash Cannon
- Fire Blast

Scarfdreigon. I had no special attacker outside of mixed M-Absol up to this point, so why not? Draco Meteor is my main STAB, and Dark Pulse is when I can finish something off like the last mon on a team without risking Draco miss. Flash Cannon beats fairies and Fire Blast roasts steel mons.

Rate 1-10, Salac Berry Gluttony Simisear is viable, use Reshiram on dragon.
