Water absorb: the move will have 150 BP and poliwrath regains the amount of HP it deducted from the target.
Damp: the move will have 200 BP, but no secondary effect.
Swift swim: the move will have 160 BP and will trigger rain.

Alolavulpium Z, Fire/ice type.

Needs: ice beam.

Flame-ice wonder: 150 BP. The user thinks of its distant relatives in the other regions, and unleashes all of its thoughts in the form of energy at the opponent. This move adds the fire type effectiveness on to the ice type (i.e now grass types take 4x damage). There is also a 10% chance to cause the special defence stat to be raised by 2.

Next: on the above user's behalf, mesprit.

Mesprium Z, Psychic Type

Needs: Psychic

Triple Red-Chain Lock: Recalling the solemn times when Sinnoh was almost put to an end by Cyrus, Mesprit will activate the red gem on its head; causing it to radiate a red aura that stretches out like a chain to the opponent, locking it within it. 160BP, lowers Speed by 2 stages.

How does Alolan Sandslash sound for the next one?

Alolasandslashium Z, ice/ground type.

Needs: icicle crash

Iceberg slam: 150 BP. The yser thinks of its distant relatives in the other regions, and summons their energy to form an armour of ice around the user. Supercharged with energy, the user jumps up into the air, and slams down at full force at the opponent. This move adds ground to the type effectiveness of ice (i.e steel types take 1x damage). There is a 20% chance to make the opponent flinch.

How about Zoroark?

Zoroarkium Z, dark type.

Ur...I'll do Aggron I guess?

Aggronium Z - Rock Type

Required Move: Head Smash

Mountain Crusher: Aggron charges a Head Smash and then spins around in a cyclonic motion, hitting all foes. (35% chance to flinch and does less damage in Multi and Double Battles.)

Credit goes to Rotodex for coming up with the name and story of the move.

Uxium Z, psychic type.

Needs: psychic

Triple Red-Chain Lock: 160BP. Recalling the solemn times when Sinnoh was almost put to an end by Cyrus, the user will activate the red gem on its head; causing it to radiate a red aura that stretches out like a chain to the opponent, locking it within it. This move has a 100% chance to raise defence and special defence by 1 stage each. The move's power will also be multiplied by 1.5 if used in a double battle with mesprit/azelf, and will be multiplied by 2 if used in a triple battle with mesprit and azelf.

Next 'mon: just to complete the lake trio, Azelf.
