Approvals, to show or not to show

Post by Kevinselvan on Fri Mar 02, 2018 3:01 am

When you get the approvals, do you have to show them in your doc or not?
I understand that some mods are really sensitive about screenshots, and you'd not wanna offend them
So i wanted to make this post clear up that one detail

Thanks

No, there is absolutely no reason to show approvals in your document. You do not have to provide screenshots, nor keep track of who has approved your document. To explain why, let me show you the backend of our approved document list:

As we receive documents we add them to this list (which has over 300 entries) and 1 to the approvals. If a document has 3 or more approvals, it is approved and automatically added to the custom document list you see in the room. If even one staff member denies it, regardless of how many approvals it gets it will be denied until the issue has been addressed.

This list is absolute, so even if a staff member says "Yes I approve" if they don't add their approval to that document, it won't count.

So again, no, you do not have to show a list of staff who approved it, nor screenshots or anything. You're free to leave that to us.
